This is a collaborative, informal process where we'll have open conversations about your vision, the challenges you face, and the specific areas where our expertise and capital could make the biggest impact. Our goal is to build a clear picture of your business's potential and determine how we can work together to achieve your ambitions, providing a reliable foundation for long-term success.

After our initial discussions, we’ll assess how we believe it could work going forward and put a formal offer to you. Equally, if you have a proposition for us, then we’re all ears!
More detail will be discussed at this crucial phase as well to ensure we're completely aligned on our shared vision, strategy, and the practicalities of working together.
We’ll work together to define roles and organisational structure, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of our expertise with your existing business.
This will lay strong foundations for a successful and collaborative partnership. -
Before finalising our partnership, thorough due diligence will be conducted. This involves a collaborative exchange of information and this mutual due diligence ensures we're both entering the partnership with complete confidence and a shared understanding of the business landscape.

In this phase, we’ll solidify our partnership with:
- A Purchase Agreement which features details of the share and capital transfer between both parties along with a date for the agreement to take place.
- A comprehensive Shareholders Agreement which outlines the responsibilities, rights, and expectations of all parties involved on an ongoing basis.

Now it’s the fun part. Once we’re legally business partners, we can begin implementing some changes together to enhance and protect the business.
That could be working on your brand positioning, financial planning, introducing HR, health and safety or insurance requirements, completing essential business paperwork and looking at the overall marketing strategy.
