Taking over Bright Homes (Hull) Ltd

Sarah Robinson started her residential letting agency ‘Bright Homes Ltd’ in 2008 and spent the next 13 years building up the business.

After some deliberation, Sarah decided the time was right to move on from running her business and look at furthering her education with a History degree at Hull University, something she has always wanted to do.

As of 1st November 2021, our letting agency brand, Ultralets, took over the responsibility of managing all the rental properties from Bright Homes (Hull) Ltd, enabling Sarah to follow her passions and us to provide the service we’re proud of delivering for even more landlords.

Sarah will now enjoy her next adventure into further education knowing her clients are in safe hands.

Not only will Sarah’s landlords and tenants be joining us, but she is also passing us her own property portfolio to manage too.
