Acquiring the Peregrine Property lettings portfolio

We’re pleased to have concluded Ultralets' acquisition of Peregrine Property, our former neighbour on Spring Bank West in Hull. This represents roughly an 8% growth in business activity overnight.

Firstly, a big welcome to all of the landlords and tenants, we look forward to extending our highly-rated service to you and your property.

As with most acquisitions this wasn't long in the making but it will allow Samantha Oldfield, its previous owner, to move on to her exciting new venture in a totally different industry.
